The legal basis for the processing for purpose a) and b) of the above article 2 is the execution of pre-contractual measures or the execution of a contractual or legal obligation and therefore the failure to provide your data will make it impossible to process your requests or perform the contractual relationship.

If you are a supplier, your data will be stored up as long as the supply relationship with Tubi Thor is in place. Subsequently your data will be stored for a further period of time established by law (e.g.: decennial prescription period) or, if necessary, with a longer term determined on the basis of legitimate reasons (e.g.: pending litigation).

Regarding the suppliers, the data may be transferred to non-EU countries on the basis of appropriate guarantees, such as the adequacy decisions of the EU Commission or the standard contractual clauses adopted by the Commission itself.
